Terms & Conditions

Shantih Therapies Ireland

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and training provided by Shantih Therapies Ireland.

1. General Information

All services offered are holistic and complementary therapies designed to support relaxation, personal wellbeing and spiritual development.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have any medical condition or health concern, you should consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider.

2. Appointments

Appointments are arranged directly via enquiry through this website or by contact.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee at my discretion.

4. Payment & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your place on a training course. Deposit details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

As training places are limited, deposits secure your place and allow preparation of materials. Deposits are non-refundable unless the training is cancelled by me.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of training, as agreed.

5. Training & Certification

Training participants are responsible for their own learning and integration of material provided.

Certification confirms completion of training but does not guarantee business success or specific outcomes.

6. Personal Responsibility

Clients and trainees take full responsibility for their own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing during and after sessions or training.

7. Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general guidance and educational purposes only.

8. Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
